I am the co-founder/owner of Lacombe Massage Therapy that opened in July of 2015. I graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage full time program in 2008, with a honours diploma in prenatal massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy and relaxation. To stay accredited with NHPC (National Health Practitioners of Canada) we are encouraged to take Continuing Education to keep credits up thus I am able to better help my clients. I really enjoy my job and helping others who are experiencing pain due to a sports injury, back/neck pain or just to simply relieve some stress. I specialize in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

I am ecstatic to say that I am a co-founder/owner of Lacombe Massage Therapy.  I graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage in 2012, with Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, Relaxation, Prenatal, Sports Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. After graduating I took Reflexology, Myofascial Cupping, the equivalency exam to get my 2200 hours, levels 1 & 2 in Reiki and most recently certified prenatal massage. I am signed up with Alberta Blue Cross, Telus Health and Green Shield so I am able to direct bill to most benefit providers. Being a therapist is not just a job for me it is my career and what I love to do. To be able to help people heal in a healthy and natural way is something that I am proud to say I do.

Being born and raised in Lacombe and currently residing just outside of town, I grew up with the small town mentality of everyone knows everyone and I would not hesitate to give the shirt off my back, it was only natural that I wanted to go into this field. I graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage in the 1000hr certificate program in February of 2014. I received an honours diploma in Therapeutic massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, and Relaxation Massage. I graduated from second year in June of 2015, and at that time also received my Reflexology certification. Signing up with Telus Health and Alberta Blue Cross I am able to direct bill to most benefit providers, this is another way that I am able to help and care for my clients.  I love my job and look forward to meeting new and old clients alike!

I am beyond excited to be working with Lacombe Massage Therapy. I have recently graduated from Alberta Institute of Massage with my 22000hr diploma, which i received honors in. I take great pride in proving a thorough and restorative massage all in a relaxed environment. There is no better feeling then having a client tell you "I have not felt this good in a long time." With my certification i am able to direct bill to most insurance companies. I plan on taking my Osteopath course next September to expand my knowledge and my ability. I look forward to being part of this team and helping new and old clients alike!

I am thrilled to be starting my massage therapy career here in Lacombe!!

I have recently completed my 2200hr certification and diploma from Alberta Institution of Massage in Red Deer. I have excelled in many areas of study including Relaxation, Therapeutic, and Prenatal massage. With my graduation, I am able to direct bill to insurance providers effective June 1st, 2018. During my studies we had opportunities to help numerous clients address different concerns including hyperkyphosis, sciatica (post pregnancy), scoliosis, carpal tunnel and migraines. I am actively looking for new opportunities to help new clients with their ailments.

I am very excited to be part of the team here at Lacombe Massage Therapy!!

I first looked into massage quite awhile ago, and finally decided to take the plunge. So it is so exciting to finally get to start my Massage career. I am soon to be a recent graduate from Alberta Institute of Massage. I have always wanted a career where I can continuing learning through out it, and massage offers just that. Different techniques, different modalities, a different perspective, and an amazing chance to help people while doing it. So far I can offer clients Relaxation, and Deep tissue, and hope to be able to offer more techniques in time.

I am excited to be starting my new massage career here in lacombe. I have just finished my first year of schooling in March of 2018, with a 1000hr certificate including sports massage level 1, deep tissue and relaxation, at the Alberta Institute of Massage. While I am currently living in and working as a gymnastics coach in Ponoka and about to start my second year of schooling in Reddeer, I find that Lacombe is in a fantastic location for my life style.
I have always been interested in how the body functions at best and this interest has helped me pursue my coaching career and now is what drives my passion for massage therapy. Knowing how to help the body heal in a natural healthy way is something that I am proud to do, as well as to keep building my knowledge and experiences on. I am happy to meet with new people and I look forward to working with you.
